How Many Channel Is This Amp, Anyone Know?

Rockwood USA amp - 334x 365CRX (300 watts).... thats all i know about it friend was chucking it out just thought i'd grab it even though its a ebay brandy.

Also if this is a 2 channel amp, can i hook this up to my 2 front speakers and then get a 4 channel amp to hook up to my rear 6x9's AND pioneer sub (pioneer ts-w301r).

First sound system dont know much, go easy please lol

Yes its a two channelamp ND U COULD GET A FOUR CHANNEL AMP AND do that but what i would do is hook up the front and the 6x9 speakers to the 4 channel and use the two channel amp for ur sub
