Any person who has a record has ONLY ONE in each jurisdiction where he/she has been charged. The RECORD is a list of all they have been charged with and convicted of in that jurisdiction.He's just been released, so he'd have a record there; may or may not have one in UK but will have to go on the register; may have in other countries, too, we might not have heard about.

I can't remember any of his music, so I don't know whether or not to agree with the "all of them" assessment. lol.
