Well im not entierly sure but at Morrisons (a British supermarket) you can get red bananas which have a red skin and a slightly pale edible bit which a supppost to taste slightly like rasberrys as the packets says (im not making this up by the way they are completley natrual) but they just taste like normal bananas to me and are over priced! You can also get mini bananas

there are many types of bananas they are athaka(kerela) vayaka(raw banana) and the usual banana my knowledge is only so much
