How Many FPS?

How many does a beginner need for airsoft in a pistol, for backyard play. Not too expensive (less than $40)

KWC M4505, UHC M9 KWC Sig 226 pretty much anything. They are all like 230 with .2s and like 280 with .12s. If use .2s because with .12s you get higher velocity but you scarifice accuracy so you like have a 1/4 chance of hitting someone when its windy.
