  1. philosophy students study all the time they study everything, everything that is within there reach, whether it be nature, politics, even the simple advertisment, a pet cat, the food that he eats, a philosopher learns and learns and not merely sits his *** on a chair to read something that is just written but he could not relate with.

  2. ive read that the brain can only function at its peak for 48mibs at a time...thats why at my school periods go for 48mibs each...I study for about an hour at a time having a minutes break between each hour to grab a cup of tea.

  3. Hey, well its necessary to do at least 2 hours of Study everyday if you want to get the best results, but matters how well you concentrate. it helps me to concentrate on my studies in my room because i have pictures of my goals, and that makes me excited and brings a hope, so that way you'll have fun studying..and make sure you have a bottle of water with you on your table, its useful...and dont make a habit of going to the kitchen alot because then you wont be able to concentrate on studying as your mind's on eating..Good Luck !

  4. I work full time but also study full time via distance learning.  I do about three hours per night but have long sessions on the weekend.  Every two hours I get up and go and do something for half an hour.  Sometimes I look at that and think over ten hours on a Saturday I have spent two hours of that do other things but the fact is without the breaks I couldn't put the eight hours work in.  Some will argue that you need a break every hour.  The problem I see with than is the first fifteen minutes after a break is generally getting back into so the more breaks the more 'get back into' time you are using.  Good luck with hour studies hope this helps.
