How Many Marine Fish?

I have a 70 litre aquarium and I don't know how many fish I could Keep in it. I would really like to have:

1 Yellow - Bellied Blue Damsel fish

2 Common Clowns

1 Flame Angelfish

1 Bannerfish ( not to sue as they are rather big)

1 Diadem Basslet or Royal Gramma or Royal Dottyback

1 Mandarin Fish

1 little red starfish

I'm really not sure what to get but i have put them into the order in which i plan to get them (hardiest first to least at the bottom)

That's too many for that size tank. In that tank you could have the clown pair and that's pretty much it. Maybe a smaller goby or basslet. The Angel needs 150 litres or larger, same with the mandarin. Mixing damselfish and clowns (which are in the same family) can be risky. Starfish need to be considered very carefully as they are predatory and generally not reef safe. It's definitely too small for the bannerfish, they need 350 litres minimum.

At 18 US gallons that's verging on a nano marine tank and very difficult to stock/maintain. If you want a better stocking get a 250 litre tank or larger.

I am sure you can keep them in a 70 litre tank if there is not a lot of rock work and stuff, however, the bannerfish is not suitable. If you plan on having a lot of rocks and plants that take up space, you should upgrade the tank. Good luck, marine tanks are awsome!

Everybody's right...WAY too small of a tank. I wouldn't even put that many fish in a freshwater tank.

In response to your edits:

1 - Damsels are some of hardiest fish on the planet. Clownfish are closely related and share the toughness.

2 - Mandarins will only eat live copepods, and they eat them ravenously. If a mandarin is kept in a small tank, they'll eat them faster than the copepods can reproduce and end up starving to death when they run out of food.

Mandarins also require extremely good and stable water quality. Small tanks fluctuate in water parameters more rapidly than large tanks, which stresses such a fragile fish.
