If you figure the volumes of the cage(s), and trailer just divide the cubic feet of the trailer by the cubic feet of the cage, multiply this # by the animals in each cage. it is legal to transport live animals in all 50 states. The rules and regulations applicable to transportation will most likely vary by state.
