How Many More Federer vs. Nadal Finals?

They already hold the Open Era record for most Grand Slam Finals meetings at 7.

How many more?

I have a crazy feeling Federer vs. Nadal will happen at Australian Open eventually.

Plus another Wimbledon and French date.

A perfect 10.

I think a lot more. Both of them are still young. At least four or five more years I'd think. I'd like to see them at the US Open this year, but you're right. It can be at the Australian followed by French and Wimbledon again.

Let's say 3 meeting next year, 3 in 2010, 2 in 2011, and 2 in 2012.

They will definitely collide again several times more at the Wimbledon for sure, if Roger does not retire soon.

At the French Open ? Looking at how badly Roger lost this year, perhaps once more ? As long as someone else doesn't stop him to reach Nadal. Verdasco, and Juan Monaco could threaten Roger. Yeah, I agree w/ you, Federer and Nadal very possibly meet again at the Australian Open Final in 2009. US Open ? Nay, too many hungry Americans, plus...But we shall see. A perfect 10 should be enough.

Wow what a disheartening loss. To be so close to winning #6 and not having to share the record of 5 consecutive with Borg Roger seemed to be a little tense and off his game. Rafa played exceptionally well. I think the rain delay helped let Roger refocus and realize that he better get moving if he didn't want to loose 3 straight and he did he fought back hard and took the next 2 sets to force the fifth and then went back to playing like he did in the first 2 sets. Well Rafa deserved the win and was a true Champion and Roger was a gracious Runner Up. I don't think this will sit well with him and should drive him to work harder and improve. I can see them playing in 8 more Grand Slam Finals since they don't have any real competition providing that they are both healthy. So the final number is going to be 15.
