How Many People Have Summited Mount McKinley?

Question

My brother and I are planning a trip to McKinley in Alaska to give it a shot. Curiosity has got to me and I cant find any outside information as to how many people ascended it.

Also I'm trying to wrap my head around "Topographic Prominence", McKinley is ranked 3rd in the world. All I can gather is its Prominence with sea level? I was actually 3rd in my Math class last year and in a Medical Degree at the moment. I am ashamed :(

Also does anyone know where I could get information about joining/registering for an expedition?

there are several routes, the easiest is supposedly the west buttress route.
