Doug is now New Zealand's top try scorer with 49 tries. So how many tries will Doug finish with in the current IRB world cup competition, considering this is likely his last AB's tournament.

  1. He will head to munster with 54 tries for the all blacks, and will probably be top try scorer by the end of the tournament with a gold medal in his pocket. 5 more tries for the last 3 games would be good going


  2. Hopefully Dougie can get at least one more - 50 tries would be a great milestone. A try in each of the remaining 3 games would be nice!

    Surely Rokocoko will go on to be our best try scorer by a country mile. When Dougie leaves he'll make a wing spot his own, and with a good 5 years of test rugby left - might even challenge Campese's record.

  3. I would guess more than seven mate, more than seven. The boy's just too quick. And how good is his support and defensive play these days?

    Guess not being in the recon squad stung him a little - maybe Ted knew exactly what he was doing by not pulling him in for recon?

  4. Is Rokocoko the top All Black try scorer - strike rate? Habana is now the Springbok with the best strike rate: 26 tries in 29 matches. Before him it was the great Danie Gerber with a strike rate of 79%
