How Much Black Coffee?

How much Black Coffee should I drink a day?

I currently drink about a cup a day or every few days.

Does anyone know where i can find some statistics?

Ideally zero coffee would be best, but one cup every day or two is really not that bad.

There aren't any valid health reasons for increasing the amount you drink, and it's probably not worth the inconvenience trying to make yourself drink less.
