I have a diploma and im 21 and im wanting to apply for it and wondering if it pays well?

First, congrats on your diploma. That was the first good step you took. As far as pay goes,it may be very different in different parts of the country according to the standard of living in that area. I would say call your local hospitals' Human Resources office, and just politely ask them to tell you what is the starting pay for that position . Also find out if they have a job hotline number you can call to listen to recordings of job openings. A job hotline recording will usually give the pay scale for any job it has listed. Your state Department of Labor may be able to offer you help as well. In our state if you participate in free job skills classes through the Department of Labor, you will be able to see a list of openings for all sorts of jobs any time you want. Some hospitals offer in-house training to help you advance to other positions, as well. I wish you the best and hope that your motivation pays off. I think you will do well!
