That was because it was vegas, and I got a party suite.

You have to be 18 to rent a hotel room. They check your ID when you check in. Ask your mom to throw u a hotel party for your birthday instead of sneaking around and getting caught. Your mom will probably hook it up if you find somewhere that is affordable. Google your city name and hotels(like Seattle, WA Hotels), and u'll have all your answers
