How Much Oil Does the US Use Daily?

I heard there is approx. 12 billion in Anwar and 8 billion in the northern states of America?

How long will this oil last?

Oil is said to last about another 20-50 years, seeing as we use and waste so much of it. But by the time it is gone, we scientists should have found another natural resource to take its place that cannot be used up- or at least not as quickly. We are also hoping this resource won't pollute the air as much, eventually saving forests, reducing wild fires, saving animals' lives, keeping the ozone layer a little longer, and much more.
