  1. a couple of bucks..

  2. if you just park, probably not more than 5 $( there are always exceptions)

if you bring in the groceries etc, help with the kids etc etc.... you could sometimes get even 10$

you got to remember though, this job doesn't give you a choice weather to help the person with her stuff or not, however you're not guaranteed to get payed what your work was worth

    Hope this helps!

  3. You're being paid by the condominium association to park their vehicles for them.  Since the owners are paying the dues, they're already paying you to park and retrieve their vehicles.

As for handling luggage and groceries, they should tip you for that.  If you're not getting tipped and it's not in your description of duties, take it up with the condo association, have them look at the situation.  Hauling luggage from their car to their door should be worth $2 per bag, groceries are a little harder to set a price, but probably 50 cents a bag is fair.

If the condo association feels it's warranted, they can stipulate that your assistance must be compensated.  I can tell you I always tip valet drivers and baggage handlers at the airport.  I believe it's a courtesy and usually ensures my bag is handled well, plus it seems to come off the plane sooner.
