Question:

How Much Water Is Safe To Drink?

I'm trying to detox a bit, but I'm worried about water intoxication as i have read a fair bit about it, if its different to every person I'm 20 years old and quite active as i go the gym every day where i take part int resistance training and sometimes cardio

    1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)

    2) eat to increase your metabolism rate-don't skip your meal-breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks between meal..take smaller portion every meal...

    wot ever u do it wont effect your body your body has your own detox mechanism drink moderate amount of water say like a liter or 2 a day
