All depends on how big and how much the tattoo artist charges.  I'd shop around a bit.  If you have the design go to different places and have them price it.  I'd also be leary of some places that charge strictly on the size, but not on the time it takes to get it done.  There is a place in Chicago that does that, they are supposedly the best in the city...yeah right!  Those places usually rush through the tat's because they get paid on how many they can get done in a day.  Plus since they are charging by size alone they'll over charge.  Find someone that charges by the time spent.  One you know you'll get it done well and not rushed, and two those place are typically less expensive.

It depends on the size, time it will take the artist, and where you go to get it done. Just remember...you get what you pay for so think before you go to a "bargain" artist.

those were 6 for $5.00 back in the late 90s, now you might very well have a hard time finding an artist willing to put their name on tribal

honestly......and I'm not trying to be mean (it's your body, you can do with it what you want)

tribal is a trend that has passed

-you shouldn't get tattoos because they're trendy in the first place though

and even more obviously, nobody on the internet knows what you'll be charged for a tattoo

it depends on the artist you go to (price can vary hundreds of dollars)

....even if you had given us more than a vague description....
