  1. Know your limits.  You exceeded yours.  Drink less.

  2. Shots are usually higher % alcohol & getting drunk on shots alone can hurt the next AM.  Try mixed drinks, alternate a non-alcohol drink between drinks, don't rush to get drunk, and drink plenty of water afterwards to keep from getting dehydrated.   (& don't drink on an empty stomach)  A lot of people react differntly from drinking, it's not unusal.

  3. DONT MIX DRINKS

and drink water and eat carbs

  4. Stick with one drink.  Same type of liquor or beer, never mix!!!  Also drink a glass of water and piece of bread before you "pass out".  Be strong about it and do not listen to peer pressure.

  5. well my sister usually says to eat a small snack or meal before drinking... i do not no for myself if this is affective but it works for my sis

  6. Drinking is not about getting p**s asssed drunk and making yourself look like an idiot (because when you get drunk you look like an idiot).  Try rethinking your philosophy on drinking.

EDIT- Judging my your other questions you sound WAY underage...don't do it girl, just don't.

  7. 1. Eat well before you drink. That means lot's of fats and carbs. Definitely eat a meal that's against any kind of weight loss diet.

    2. DO NOT MIX YOUR ALCOHOLS!!! This is a must. I have done that before and paid dearly.

"Beer before whiskey is risky, whiskey before beer, you're in the clear." My mom told me that one ;)

Also, if you can go to the store before you go out drinking I would suggest you pick up some pills called Chasers, those and a Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with a baked potato have done wonders for me!

  8. don't mix drinks but No

u need to throw up to get

all of the poison and toxin

out of your system from the

    alcohol

    throwing up is normal

is if you dont you could

    have possible kidney failure

    dont try to stop it

    let it come

  9. Someones a lightweight, but I wouldn't call it a weak stomach. And it could have been alcohol poisoning, but you said you were the only one getting sick sooo.... idk. All you need to do is build up your tolerance. And don't drink that much next time if it made you throw up like a dog. Don't be an idiot about it just to have fun. Start out slow and keep your pants up. Good luck to you.

  10. Why would you want to do that?  You vomit for a reason, it's not just some random 'stupid' event that you should try to stop from happening in the first place where alcohol is concerned.  It's the same with hangovers, they happen for a reason and if you knew exactly why you get hangovers you may reconsider getting 'drunk'.

Our bodies rely on our natural functions to keep us going, to keep us healthy.  If you are vomiting in general, there is a good reason for it.  Vomiting is one of our body's natural defense mechanisms and should not be ignored simply because it is annoying or inconvenient.

I'm not calling you an idiot so please don't draw that assumption but you really should take a time to study the affects of being drunk before you jump in just for the fun of it.  It can be deadly.  It can permanently impair you in many ways.  You may become addicted to it and become an alcoholic.  That's not to say you shouldn't drink but if you want to drink, do it responsibly for your own sake and for those around you.

  11. some people just throw up when they have had too much to drink. its a fact of life. you are one of them. there really isn't much you can do about it....maybe drink a little slower next time? u will eventually build a tolerance and realize your limits. plus for most people, the first time they get drunk is an accident cuz they dont know their tolerance. now you know... shots arent for you... maybe you should try beer. some people just arent the 'hard liquor type'. beer is easier on the stomach.

oh and you should never mix alcohol. thats just a recipe for disaster.

  12. You always get sick the very first time. But if you dont get to messed up to drink 2 full glasses of water right before bed, you will be a lot better off in the morning (alcohol pulls water out of the body, that is why you are always going to the bathroom when you drink) so if you drink water it will help ALOT!!

  13. if your not used to drinking then mixing different drinks is a sure thing for puking. first you have to find a drink that you really like and stick to just that. your probably a light weight and it depends on how old you are too. maybe your body just doesn't agree with it. if you got that drunk and mixed drinks for sure your going to throw up. drink slower and try not to get to drunk. your body may be able to handle it the next time.
