I know, i'm asking lots of cheerleading questions. But that's cause I need help. So I have lots of stretches to do for cheerleading for scorpion, heel stretch, scale etc. How often would I need to do these to be flexible by the end of October? Please help. I am not able to do anything really. I can't do the splits. When i try I am about 6 inches above the ground. I would really appreciate good answers.
