  1. check the pressure EVERY day you get ready to ride, even if that means every day of the week

    pump them up as needed

  2. when they go flat or lose pressure

  3. well it depends if you ride it every day fill it every few days, If you barely ever ride it fill it when you need it full and if you have a road bike or road tires fill it often if you ride it because they need to be tight and if you have a mountain bike they can be a little bit flat.

  4. if they should be on 65 then get a ti gauge and check every few weeks to see if it hasn't gone down too much and if theirs allot gone then u have a flat which you will need to patch or replace

  5. I air up my tires every time I head out on the road.  That is the first line of defensive to minimize a flat. Even on our tandem, I may get one or two flats a year.  I always run the max pressure listed on the side wall.

If your riding is strictly road, mount a set of lighweight, high pressure road tires.  True bolt on performance.

  6. every month or sooner

  7. i fill mine every few weeks...it all depends how much you ride it and where u ride it...but i still say every few weeks

  8. if it harder to paddle there are flat then
