My Friends Say You Can be 14 or Older But If Youre 14 you will Probaly work under the Counter.. i Just Want To Now The Da Thruth Soo Please Dont Say Any stupid Answere Because I Rally Need This Job... Usually I want to say 16, but if you are 14 you probably need working papers, I use to get them through my school. Call up McDonalds and ask them how old you have to be to work there, that would be your best bet.

14 is the labor law.....  is your above you'll probley get higher pay

I'm not sure about every single McDonalds. It depends on a number of things:

a-where you live

b-if it's a franchise or a corporate mcdonalds

I know for a fact, that the McDonalds I work at, to be hired you need to be 16.

In Indiana the law requires you to be 16yrs. old with work permit . If that helps since you live in new jersey.

what state do you live in? it depends. you might be able to work at age 14 with a work permit.
