In a couple of years i will be moving to america when im 16 to new york. My parents are totally okay with this but i need too apply for a credit card and cash card. I also need to know how i can buy an appartment even though i'll be 16. Can someone help

You are not going to be able to do this.  Legally, you can't sign a lease or be responsible for any kind of financial transactions until you're 18.  Your parents would need to add your name to their credit card accounts and get you a card that way.  Since they're "totally okay" with this, that should be no problem.

But, it is really impossible for a 16-year-old to live on her own in NYC.  Are you going to go to school?  How will  you support yourself?  At least finish high school before making a move like this, because this just will not work.

18 is the age to get a credit card. You won't be able to rent or buy a house/apartment either until you are 18.
