How Old Should you be to shop at Aeropostale?

Question

I'm 11 and i want to shop at somewhere else than Limited Too. I went to aeropostale one time and i came home and my older sister said that i shouldn't shop there. She might be right but i'm not sure because most of my friends can fit in it and stuff. So how old should you be to shop there?

And i also want to find somewhere original to shop. Nothing like abercrombie and hollister. Not American eagle either because i can't fit in it. I want to go to a store that sells the same sizes as limited too but no one knows about. =]

Ha! You need to be old enough to know how to put money in ur hands and give it to the cashier. As for original places, go to pac sun. I don't know what the deal is with ur sister, maybe she hates to see you growing up so fast and getting urself involves in fashion because I guess u are at that age where u want to express your individuality. Or maybe she sees guys around her age wearing the same stuff..

my little sister is 10 and she can fit in their clothes and Justice Just for Girls is a great store i took my little sister there yesterday and we stayed till close it was really cool considering im 14 and abercrombie KIDS is great too! old navy,target,limeted 2,justice,and many others! well i want you to be satisfied with your answers so i tryed my best i am very tired so my brain is shutting down i am srry but i hope you get get what you are looking for! possibly me?

I think as long as you fit in the clothes and you like it wear it. But if its way too low cut dont wear it.  My favorite store is pacsun but I dont think it will fit you. You must be tiny if hollister doesnt fit. Have you tried XS? and by the way hollister abercrombie and aero. isnt original. Its in style.

Sure go shop there, I was 11 when I started going there, and I don't think you'll have any problems not fitting in to the clothes if you are really skinny and think that jeans won't fit, and you are really short your size would be a 00 S (S for short) and if you are really skinny in the waist your top size would be an xs  but if your not then you have nothing to worry about.  Forget what your sister says, I have an older brother that shopped there before i did and i know that since he is a boy you make think that it is differen't but seriously he is more over protective of me then my parents,  and he did not want me to shop there and i did anyway, just tell your sister that limited too stuff is too small for you now and that aeropostale clothes feel really nice.  If she still does not approve forget her, and shop there, but shop carefully don't buy things that say Aeropostale all over them or in huge font, get things that look nice but you can't tell where you got it from

aeropostale to me is targeted towards a younger age range than ae a+f and hco.

its a great place to shop for your age.

but as for originality...a lot of people shop there so its not really a place that no one knowsw about

Well I'm 16 and I started stopping at those stores when I was about 10-11 too. So I say go ahead you'll look cute!! Most girls start shopping in older store at around 11. I think you're at an appropriate age to shop there, although, Aeropostale is no different than any of those other stores. The skirts and stuff are a bit short for your age, but the tops (that aren't low cut) and pants are usually fine.  If you want to stand out a little try Pac Sun or Urban Outfitters.

Aeropostale's target demographic (age) is 13-23.

However, one your age can shop there, if you fit the clothes and like the style.  Hollister was designed for people aged 14-18, but I've seen 30 year olds wear it, as well as my sister, who was 12 when she bought a shirt from there.

you can be any age cuz at areo ,hollister and those kind of stores they have sizes that r really small so there would be close that would defintly fit you.
