  1. The drinking age on ALL cruise ships serving US ports is age 21 or older.  It does not change or matter when you leave port and/or are docked in another country.  It' still age 21 and the cruise lines do enforce it to the law.

All of the cruise lines web sites specify this policy.  The only exception is if you are traveling with your parents and they sign a written waiver you can drink beer and wine after leaving US ports.

Now the US is the only country in the world with a drinking age of 21; all others are age 18 and below (a couple age 19).  So, unless your ship docks in the US Virgin Islands, you can drink all you want all over the Caribbean and Mexico in bars and restaurants.

  2. 21 on all major cruise lines.

Some major cruise lines will allow 18 to 20 year olds drink ONLY in non-US waters and the parents are on board (and they have signed a paper) Those cruise lines probably will limit you to what you can drink (i think its beer and wine only)

  3. find a hot older woman who wants company

  4. Depends on the cruise line. Once their out past the US continental limit, they call the shots. If the cruise line has a web site, log onto it and ask them.

  5. From my past experience in cruising you do have to be 21 to actually drink on the ship at all times, however,  once you doc in another country you will be able to drink according to their laws (most are 18).

  6. We just got back from a Royal Caribbean cruise two days ago and the age was 21.

  7. If you venture into international waters it's usually 18, but as long as your in the states, its still 21 :( But, if you go to Mexico or some other non-commonwealth Caribbean country, anything goes!

  8. The one i just got off in April required you to be 18+.

The one i'm going on in July 2009 will require you to be 21+.

It depends on the team your cruising with.

  9. If you look 18 you'll get served.  Just dress up a little bit so or ask for a drink with your parents there.

  10. get something signed by your parents you can drink at 18||||| have fun

  11. 21 on the ship, international water or not.  If you get off the ship at a port of call, it is what ever their drinking age is.

  12. 21 or older, dude.

Buy yourself a soda card and you can drink all the soadas you can hold.  These cost around $6 per day + 15% tip.  You have to buy for the entire length of your cruise, though.

Of course, you can drink at 18 in the Caribbean ports - but do not drink so much that you accidently miss the ship.  They do not wait for anyone - except maybe the captain!
