for a self treat you can go to this site and try this meditation it will help you align balance and open to the energies that can enhance your life, not reiki exactly, expansion to accept a greater amount of energy

It is difficult to self treat using natural healing techniques. You would likely receive a better attunement by visiting a reiki master.

Once you are attuned to at least Reiki 1 you can do self healings.  There are hand positions to treat yourself as a whole, or you can place your hands appropriately for spot healings.

First become brain dead enough that you actually believe this c**p does anything....after that anything is possible.

(nothing will actually happen, but you will believe it does...hope you're not treating an actual disease)
