How Should I Decide Where To Live?

I can't decide if I should live in Paris, France or in Tokyo, Japan and help would be appreciated. ^__^

I absolutely love Tokyo, mind you, this is my opinion. They have a very rich culture and are home to lots of thrilling entertainment and technology. While on the other hand Paris is very beautiful and has great food on shopping. If it came down to it, I would definitely choose Tokyo.
