How Should I Go About Applying To A h**l-Themed Restaurant?

This restaurant has no structured application and prefers its applicants to create their own. I want to do something inventive and eye-catching. I plan on including all the necessary information and a resume but include the h**l theme (the restaurant is called "h**l's Kitchen").

I am considering colors, characters, objects, and words associated with h**l, yet I am having trouble finding some way to combine those ideas with things associated with a kitchen. I thought about Satan in an apron, but that's only a part of my brainstorming. I suppose my real question is; what should the actual application be? I have heard people have sent in mini coffins before (how it was an application, I'm not quite sure), and others just regular resumes.

Thanks for any suggestions! This should be a fun project for me, if I can get headed down the right track.

P.S. I will be applying for a waitress or hostess position.

you could send wilted flowers with an attached note, your resume.

Lake of Fire. Write your resume on a mirror (lake) and attach something around the border to look like fire. Tissue paper? I'm not sure on this...you can get the mirror at any craft store...
