I have searched and searched how spartans REALLY trained.

And what i have found that is only bullshit out there. So

Some of the best information regarding the agoge is in the book "On Sparta" by Plutarch.  He lived during that time period and he discusses the rigours they endured in great detail. You can find the book online at Amazon.com or at any local bookstore.
