How To: Burn DVDs from Time Warner Digital Cable Box?

I have time warner cable and can save shows to the digital cable box. How can I write those to a DVD? IS it possible?

You need to connect it to your computer.  Then you can download the shows onto the harddrive there and if you have a good enough program for burning discs it should be able to pull it off the harddrive onto the disc.  Some shows actually have this security program in the show data and will freeze your computer if you do it.  All you have to do is manually turn your computer off and start it up again and avoid that show.  Any others should work.  This is the best answer.
