How To Connect My Laptop To My Wireless Router?

It's been connected for about a week, yesterday for some reason I lost connection and when I tried to reconnect it wouldn't find my router, i've tried turning the router off for an hour, turned off both computers and it still wont connect. It's not a problem with the router because I can still connect with my PS3. I'm running Vista and this laptop is only a week old. Please help :-)

Look for the wireless switch or button on your laptop and turn it back to the on position.
