How To Create A Website?

how could i create a website?

That would be my own.

For example. www.yahoo.com

& www.youtube.com..

But how could i create one thats mine?

1) Pick domain name.

2) Purchase domain name and possibly website hosting

3) Design/layout the website on paper (or in your head if it's easier)

4) Code the pages as necessary to be displayed as you would like them. I've mentioned a great source for HTML/CSS web site creation.

5) Publish the site by copying it up to the host server.

You need to get a web address, then you need to figure out how to write code or scripts.

Depending on what you want your site for... you might just want to do a homepage on yahoo or myspace / facebook... these are free.

IF you are looking to make your own website and you want something that is easy, fun and you don't have to worry about learning all kind of codes or scripts you can look at this site

Yes, you can create your own free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://starturl.com/officelive . Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yoursite.com) for the first year. It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding.

You may also want to learn HTML and you can for free at http://www.w3schools.com/

An HTML editor might be nice too. Dreamweaver is the best but NVU is free.
