How To Design A Scary Classroom?

Question

So I'm designing a room, it has to be scary and revolves around a class or detention kind of area. Any ideas?

Make the walls a dark, maybe a greasy green color.. Try to rust up the class like Silent Hill...  Put some chains on the desks... Get some old, broken chairs and put them against the wallz... Paint the windows with some dark color... Rip up old cloth and cover the chairs, use your imagination to an extent where it's safe, and can be cleaned up easily...

Design the room with the portal to h**l right behind the teachers desk.   Electric chair desks.  Pieces of chalk that are human finger bones.   Human skulls as bookends on the bookshelf.   No windows.   A human anatomy skeleton with some flesh still hanging off of it in the corner...  

That's all I can think of right now.
