How To Eliminate Engine Noise In My Amp???

Hello, i have recently added an amp to my 6x9's and my tweets, but since then it has been h**l altenator noise that gets louder as i rev my engine a dull screeching noise that drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have Checked all the grounds they are good, i riped my old amp kit out installed a new powe wire and ran it down the driver side, i installed new Rcas and ran them down the passenger side, and a new remote and a new Ground Wire... also tried a ground loop isolator, a noise surpressor and all kinds of stuff!!! SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME I AM AT MY WITS!!!! I have never had this kind of problem with any audio component in my life i have no clue what too do!!!! PLEASE HELP!!

  1. If filtering the power supply etc. has not worked, look hard at the INPUT side of the amp. Noise gets in there much more easily. Try just disconnecting the player/ radio whatever, put a short on the input(s) (wire joining the live connection to the earth), run the car amp power on and see if any noise.

    You don't have unshielded RCA's there, do you??

  4. man usually when you use cheap rcas thats really the prob are your rcas shielded?? or are they those regular orange looking ones with the big red and black ends? when ever im at work and that happens we change the rcas to the high dollar ones and yeah that eliminates all the engine noise...
