How To File My Income Tax Return in New Delhi?

I filed my income tax return in Roorkee (Uttrakhand) for Financial Year 2006-2007. Now i have joined Job in Delhi, and want to file My Income Tax Return in New Delhi for Financial Year 2008-2009. Should i fill up the form and file right away at Delhi Income Tax office or i should get some file transfered? Whats the exact process.

For salaried employees the tax return is to be filed based on employer as on March 31, 2008. So you will file your return in Delhi.
