My diet is for bulking and adding muscle mass, but how would I get enough healthy fats?
The healthy fats I get are some GNC Omega-3 soft chew, with 120 mg of omega-3's, an Ensure protein drink, with 320 mg of omega-3's, and 2 avocado slices, don't know how much healthy fat that contains though.
So, am I getting enough healthy fat? If not, how do I? Also, are they really that important for bodybuilding?
