How To Get Great Picture Quality On My Samsung 37" HD Ready digital LCD TV

Basically I Want To Know The Number Order For Contrast , Brightness, Etc On My Samsung LE37A456C 37" HD Ready digital LCD TV To Make It Perfect Because At The Moment Its Bright Then Dark on some channels I Want To Have The Numbers Aligned Properly So It Looks Good So Does Any One Have Them? Please

I am not going to do the research for you but if you go to http://www.cnet.com/reviews you can search for your tv by model number.  They will have a page for recommended settings.  

The other thing you could do is have your tv professionally calibrated.
