How To Get In Shape To Be A Navy SEAL?

Anyone have a long-term workout plan that would help me get in shape for BUD/S? I have a membership at Planet Fitness, And i great place to do running. And can it be free please?

  1. They will get you in shape, kill you, or wash you out.

    Run- a LOT. Swim- a LOT. When you can do 5 miles without getting tired, you are getting close.  Have to know where you live to advise about a place to run, but most High Schools have tracks.  Treadmills at full speed if you want to use your membership, stair-climbers, and their pool.

  3. Run as much as you can, strength building is next and swim as much as you can as well.  Watch what you eat, if you have any extra pounds, lose them now.
