  1. i had the same problem too and im a teenager as well so i read in a health magazine how to get rid of it. well the trick i use is kinda strange but it works very well, go to like a natural health food store and buy yourself Apple Cider Vinegar, now for a week every day before you go for a shower, pour about 50ml of the vinegar into a cup. Now take a cotton round and fully dip the cotton round in the vinegar and squeeze some of the vinegar out of the cotton but not too much just as long as its still wet but not dripping all over the place. now take your time and rub the vinegar into your scalp and keep repeating the dipping process  when ever the cotton round gets dry until you've covered your entire scalp, you'll know if you did it right if you feel a slight burning/tingling sensation on your head, anyways after you've covered your entire scalp , do something for about 15-20 mins, after that time is up you can go take a shower and washout your hair from the vinegar. repeat this process everyday for a week and your dandruff should be gone in no time.

  2. I'm sure you've heard this most often but the best shampoo is Head and Shoulders.  If you've tried this and find for some reason that it doesn't work, I'd recommend any shampoo that is moisturizing, along with conditioner.  Also, you can go online and look up homemade solutions that won't cost you anything, just some time.  (One good solution is coconut oil massaged into the hair, mixed with lemon juice.  Then wrap your hair in a hot towel for up to 10 minutes).

  3. OK just pour sulfiric acid all over your head should keep the dandruff from coming back.

  4. try to use cold water to wash your hair, dont use warm water because it can dry your scalp and becomes a dandruff.. try an anti-dandruff shampoo like CLEAR or head and shoulder.. try it everyday for 2 weeks.. and see the result..

  5. head and shoulders is awesome, itll get rid of it really quickly

  6. Shampoo containing coal tar worked for me when I had bad dandruff, although mine went away naturally a couple of years ago so now I just use regular shampoo.

I just found out that coal tar over 5% concentration now is considered a carcinogen! Oh well.  The concentration you find in over-the-counter items is far less than that anyway.

  7. equate dandruff shampoo works good no need to spend extra on the name brand

  8. neutrogena t-gel shampoo. it has tar in in and smells like tar in the shower, but the smell goes away afterwards. it's kind of expensive but the store brand is the same thing and cheaper.

  9. Selsum Blue

    Head and Shoulders

  10. Head and Shoulder with Shampoo and Conditioner, 2 in 1. Also, make sure that you rinse out your shampoo and dry your hair completely once you are out of the shower because those are the two reasons why you have dandruff in the first place.
