How To Get a Entertainment Work Permit?

I'm ready to start acting, but I'm not sure as to where to get the form that I need to fill out to get a permit. So if anyone knows where I need to go to get one please let me know. I live in Virginia Close to D.C (Arlington)

I've never heard of an Entertainment Work Permit.  Is there something unusual about your status, such as your being a young teen, or a visitor from another country?

In general, you can work at almost any job without a permit.  There are exceptions--such as needing a health department permit and training for food handling.
