Where do i start i really want to become a vegan for not only my health but also animal cruelty.

I have tried it before but it only lasted a week for me but that was three years ago.

How about trying to be a vegetarian first. I think if you are a non-veg. now it will be really hard to make the jump to being a vegan. Try being a vegetarian, you can eat dairy products. So, that's what I think!
