How To Improve My Old Pictures Quality?

I took lots of pictures with my old phone VGA camera and now i need to print them out but the quality looks really bad to print out. does anyone know a software that can improve the quality of my pictures.

Any help is appreciated.

  1. Sure, download a graphics program called the Gimp. You can get it free at www.gimp.org  They have both winblows and linux and I think they also have a mac version. It won't make your pictures better alone. Nothing will do that, but you can manipulate your images, edit out red eye. etc.. You can crop, sharpen and blah, blah, blah.

    Lot's of free features are included and you don't have to download pirated software to do this. Keep a clean conscious... You'll sleep better. ;)  


  2. Anything made by "JASC" like paint shop pro.  They are user friendly.  They have sharpening filters and can brighten photos the same as those high priced $1000 Photoshop programs.  I know because I own both and use both.

  3. try a free online editor like fotoflexer or picknik.
