  1. mist the cage or put a fogger on for 30 minutes every day. also put carpet bedding over the cage and it keeps it humid. it's how i keep my jungle carpet pythons cage humid

  2. Don't bother with the heat lamp it is causing your cage to get too hot the under tank heat pad is enough heat you also need to mist the tank often as they require lots of humidity also try a very large water bowl big enough that he can crawl in and soak here is a care sheet for you .

  3. I have a Boa myself.  First of all, get rid of the heating pad.  Ever heard of the frog in slow boiled water?  What I do is just keep the snake in a cage that doesn't have a lot of air flow so humidity automatically rises.  Next, if humidity is still to low, just spray the sides of the cage all over once every day, don't spray the snake though.  I also put many water bowls in the cage; to raise humidity and for the snake to drink and soak.
