See how the first picture it has all different pictures but its those colors?

how do you do that?

I use photoshop.

Idk what she uses.

You can do this by adjusting the Hue in Photoshop.

Go to Image, Adjustments, Hue/Saturation

They're using PhotoBooth, an application that comes on Macs from what I can tell. You can replicate this in Photoshop using hue/satration adjustments. Honestly though this look is very cliche and overdone-- especially on MySpace.
