  1. Running, jump rope, row-boating, ect are all good ways to get into shape.

But key is to do lots of sparring. So if going to do a six round fight, you should sparr for atleast 12.

This will not only build up for being able to go full scheualed rounds, but teaches you how to pace yourself, which is key.

Most fighters get exhausted because don't pace themselves properly and punch themselves out.

Also no amount of exscerise going to fully condition yourself for being in the ring but being in the ring and getting rounds in.

  2. get a punching bag or something to punch start out punching it  2 min straight then a 30 second rest for like 10 rounds then increase the minutes you punch it as you go

  3. get in shape

  4. running running running running sparring sparring sparring sparring training in general healthy diet

  5. run 12 miles a day- 8 in the morning 6:30ish and 4 at night just after sundown.  Don't worry too much about your pace- just try it keep it under 8 minute miles, you will see a vast improvement in your stamina.

Also you will improve your breathing technique- which has a direct impact on how fast you will fatigue.

finally, cigarettes are not too good for a person's endurance.
