  2. First of all you have to select a name for your firm/company, then apply to the registrar of company for registration of your firm, after registration apply for central sales tax no. and vat no. for your firm to do the business, for this you have to consult and engage a chartered accountant to keep the books/financial dealings/sales/purchase. You will know remaining things yourself when you enter this line or just spend few months with some business house to know the tricks of the trade.

  3. Firstly you have to open a company by registering with ROC, and open a current bank account. Now your work depends on what your r trading and from where. If you are trading within the state, onle State sales tax is required, for which you have to apply for a /codefile at ST. If you intend to import from outside the state, you have to apply for waybills at local ST, whereby the trader can impose tax @ 3 - 4 % depending on 'C' form, or form F if its just a transfer of stock. Quarterely you hv to maintain these statutory forms, for which you do not need a CA, even you can do it after some attempts. You also require to maintain proper documentation of records through erp package, otherwise may end up in penalties. It sounds very tough but you take my word, its very interesting as well. There are people who will teach u all these @1-2K, as in the beginning it wud be difficult 4 u to employ people. So go ahead and get back if u  require any help. All the best wishes to you.
