  1. ive heard ballet will help! : ) mix that with workin out your core and leg muscles it should help! good luck! ooooooooor u could make friends with 1 of the good football playerss and practice with him and get him 2 help : )

  2. Well if i were you i would get a football helmet only then get a friend and practice whatever position you play. The helmet is to get use to wearing one. And practice at least 3 times a week. Then hopefully you should be ready by next year

  3. You should do some aerobic training if you're going to play wide reciever, running back, defensive back, or line backer, because that will help you become more agile. While you do this you should also find a weight lifting regiment that fits your weight and age, but make sure not to lift too much because that can stunt your growth. Also, make sure to keep running to stay in shape. I started 3 out of my 4 years for varsity at my high school, and I found time interval training really helpful in increasing my stamina. Look it up, I think it would help you a lot.

  4. Practice everyday playing football, play with friends in the park or in the garden.Practise passing to each other ,shooting, corners.Play allot of football. The more you play the more the chance that you will get better. Also exersise more ,get into shape.
