Question:

How To Prevent Pronation?

by  |  earlier

I have a pronation when I walk, which is partially the reason for my shin-splints. I already wear insoles, but they don't help a great deal. I don't want to pay for orthotics or stablility shoes. Is there any other way to fix this?

  1. Sorry, but I'm afraid the best way is the shoes or orthotics.  Unfortunately, shoes are expensive, but the right pair will last you for quite a while, and will certainly help you stay injury-free.  Go to a local running store (not a chain) and have them fit you for the best shoes.

    hope it helps
