How To Save Your Information on a pdf w-9 form?

I'm filling out an online pdf w-9 form, and I need to know how to save not only my information, but the entire form itself. I have already tried right clicking, but no luck. What should I do? I need to email this completed form to someone.

It depends on how the "creator" of the form set it up, what kind of security it has on it.  If it's a basical fill-in form and you are using Acrobat Reader only, then you won't be able to save it unless someone with Acrobat Professional runs the Advance/Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader macro allowing Reader users to save it.  You can probably print it (unless they've locked that up too).  Otherwise, all you can do is tell your friend to go to that website and fill in the form, sent it off himself.

  3. You can get a free or low cost .pdf writer by googling "pdf writer". After you downlowad the software, you can create a "frozen".pdf of anything. The pdf writer shows up on your "choose printer" drop down menu when you print.
