You can always wax your eyebrows, or, there is another technique that a friend of mine uses called "threading". Both of these, you should get done professionally at a salon.

Waxing, trimming, nads, filling it in with a stencil and powder or pencil, electrolesis, laser hair removal in the middle, eyebrow gel

They have special shavers now that can help you shape your brows.  I tried them, but my brows grew in so fast that I had to shave them every day, irritating my skin. Maybe you can use them, though. I've got a link to some shavers you can try.  Good luck!!

Waxing would be the first choice of most people, but I prefer the threading technique.  It's more sanitized than waxing, since you have your own piece of thread that you use.  Most places that wax use the same wax through out the day.  the pain factor is about the same as waxing or less, depending on your tolerance for pain.
