Yes I'd like to run my Very Frist Old World of Darkness Vampire but I don't know really were to begin the lasttime I ran one I cancelled it because powergamers and metagamers were making playing bad for everyone.

I guess you can begin where you left off but if you want to start over you can have different gaming groups so everyone can enjoy playing without running into problems. (Different groups like one for casual and beginners and another for marathon and machine-like gamers.)
